Looking Back…
As we fast approach the end of another year, I wanted to firstly thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being here with me each week. 🙏🏻
What a wonderful ride it has been!
We have so much to celebrate and be grateful for so I wanted to take a moment to reflect on how much we have achieved. Since April this year, we have:
⭐ Done 34 new things
⭐ Made 68 new discoveries
⭐ Explored and reflected on 102 new mindsets, motivations and quotes
We have dived into science, sunlight, rhythms, routines, food, fads and more. We have questioned, analysed, challenged, pondered, critically evaluated and progressed. I also hope that you’ve found moments to smile, laugh, and have felt more inspired, motivated and lighter at times.
The path to improving our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self is not an easy one. The journey of un-learning to re-learn, pushes us into uncomfortable places. These are the places we need to go.
The person than does this, is already a winner and a warrior, regardless of what happens next.
And that is you! ❤️
Throughout the year, by showing up, you have shown the commitment and passion to care for yourself, (or perhaps your family and loved one), and the courage to dig deep and embark on topics and truths that may be uncomfortable. This is not something to be taken lightly and for this, you deserve a huge congratulations!

Looking Forward…
This time of year, as cliché as it may sound, is the perfect time to stop and reflect on the year that has been.
It’s a time to remember both our triumphs and our mishaps, the promises we made (to ourselves and others) which we kept, and didn’t. The hopes and dreams we had, that we worked and strived towards, or perhaps forgot by the wayside in the daily rush of life. The projects we intended to do, the people and places we wanted to see and all the magnificent things we achieved, or possibly didn’t quite manage.
Despite everything that has happened, the most important thing is that we are here. Right now. Together.
We have another chance to try again.
A chance to stop worrying about all the things we can’t change.
A chance to be kinder to ourselves and others.
A chance to make time for the things that matter most in life.
Our health, our family, friends and love are the greatest gifts we have.
Happiness is not found in the material things around us. It’s found within our hearts.
So, as you countdown the days to Christmas and New Year, and as you sit in the backyard, by a tree, on the beach, couch, or wherever is comfy, I hope you can take a little time to reflect and explore the year that was and your hopes for 2025.
My 2024 Christmas Gift For You
To help you wrap 2024 up in a beautiful sparkly bow and to start 2025 in the best way possible, I have created A Year To Remember 2024 Review. I hope you find this valuable.
This is not an exercise to “get right.” It’s about being honest with yourself – giving yourself credit where it’s due and showing yourself grace where it’s needed. It’s about setting our sails towards the winds that will take us to the destination of our dreams, as we look back into the horizon of where we have just left.
So, with perhaps a few gifts still to wrap and some food to prepare, it’s time I leave you to get on with those things calling you now.
Thank you again for your time and trust this year.
I wish you, your family and loved ones much love, joy and happiness during this festive season. I’ll be taking a little break for a couple of weeks and will see you back in 2025 for another organic jam packed year.
I can’t wait to share 2025 with you, but for now, it’s time to exhale deeply and breathe, as we let go, give in and prepare for a new beginning.
God Bless,
Sandy xx ❤️
